‘There are always challenging projects to work on’
I started working at HGG in 2008, straight after graduating. I studied Mechanical Automation, which basically prepares you to be a machine builder.
What is it like to work at HGG?
HGG was a perfect fit for what I was looking for, a highly innovative company, so I was very glad to join the team. Since I started working at HGG I witnessed many changes. The company is constantly growing and the technology expertise is shared between many more people now. The work at HGG brings me satisfaction because I like being part of the advanced solutions development process. One should have real passion for constant improvement and innovation, just like I do, to fit at our R&D unit.
Is HGG helping you to further develop your potential?
Yes, definitely. I have learnt a lot since I started working here. I’ve learnt how to better manage my time and prioritize tasks. I also have to call with clients a lot and that was difficult for me at the beginning, but I’ve got lots of experience with that so far. I’ve also learnt to take firm decisions and stand behind my choices.
What about HGG do you like most?
What I like the most is that there is always a challenge and a variety of interesting projects to work on. I also like the atmosphere of open communication within the company. It is always busy here. There is not a single boring day! There are plenty of projects to keep yourself busy with.
