Chamfer Profiling Shapes are applied for plate connections or to connect pipe ends
Chamfer: For perpendicular or slightly sloped pipe to plate connections.
Chamfer PJP: A plasma optimized shape for angled pipe to plate connections and rapid cutting.
Chamfer Offshore: A pipe to plate connection with a slope less than 45° in accordance with AWS for offshore industries.
Chamfer X-bevel: To reduce welding volume or to apply a tapering.
Saddle Profiling Shapes are applied to connect either one or multiple colliding pipes with an intersecting pipe
Saddle: A pipe to pipe connection in tubular structures.
Saddle PJP: A plasma optimised shape for angled pipe to pipe connections and rapid cutting.
Saddle Offshore: A pipe to pipe connection with a slope less than 45° in accordance with AWS for offshore industries.
Saddle X-bevel: To reduce welding volume.
Hole Profiling Shapes are applied to create open connections for the piping industry or to fit gusset plates for structural steel
Hole: For perpendicular or slightly sloped connections.
Hole set-in: For pressure connections with a much smaller branch member diameter.
Hole X-bevel: To reduce welding volume.
Slot Hole: To fit gusset plates.
Miter (Hole and Saddle): To make T-shaped pipe to pipe connections for low pressure piping.
